Status: status not confirmed (no consumer launch found on official pages)
NJBPU's Jan 27, 2025 release says it received over $185M in federal HER/HOMES, HEAR and TREC funding, was developing final program design, and anticipated rebates in fall 2025 (that date has passed and no later launch notice was found). A NJBPU/NJDOL joint presentation lists 'IRA Rebates' as awarded with planning ongoing, naming Comfort Partners-HEAR and a Multifamily Residential program (M-RISE). Utility-run NJ Clean Energy incentives are a separate matter and are not part of this row.
