Status: Open since Aug 3, 2026; runs until funds are exhausted or May 29, 2027. Apply early.
Helps homeowners and renters pay heating costs, including emergency fuel delivery. MaineHousing used about $4 million of leftover funds to give early credits to about 4,400 households that applied early and include adults over 60, children age 6 or under, or people with disabilities (Press Herald, Oct 8/12, 2026).
